About

Warehouse shift supervisor in suburban Atlanta. I am 44. For five years I wore steel-toe boots at the warehouse and socks everywhere else because three of my toenails were thick and yellowish and I was too embarrassed to deal with it. I skipped pool parties. Changed in the corner of the locker room. Wore closed shoes to the beach in June.

My wife scheduled a podiatrist appointment. He gave me a topical antifungal, twice a day. I used it for four months and took photos every Sunday. Nothing changed in those photos. When the prescription failed, I started buying supplements, one at a time: pocket notebook, photos with a tape measure for scale, dated notes. First product: nothing visible across 90 days. Bought another. Then another. Two years in now: over a dozen products, third notebook, and a reliable sense of what actually shows up in photos versus what is just marketing.

I am not a doctor, dermatologist, or podiatrist. No medical training of any kind. If your condition is serious, see someone who has that training. Not a supplement review site run by a warehouse supervisor. What I can give you is two years of Sunday photos across a dozen products, with honest notes about what changed and what didn't.
